The Yoga Environment Neuroscience and Research Institute (YENRI) presents a thoughtfully designed Summer Camp that immerses children in the richness of Indian culture and tradition. This three-week program offers a balanced blend of learning, creativity, and experiential activities aimed at holistic development.
Participants will engage in nature-based exploration and traditional games that encourage curiosity and physical activity. The camp also includes guided sessions in yoga and meditation to promote mindfulness, focus, and emotional well-being. Children will be introduced to shlokas and traditional art forms, helping them connect with cultural roots in an engaging manner.
Creative expression is further encouraged through theater performances, quizzes, and interactive fun activities that build confidence and teamwork. Hands-on experiences such as Satvik cooking, pottery, and organic farming provide practical exposure to sustainable and mindful living practices.
Designed for children aged 5 to 13 years, the camp runs in two batches during April and May, with sessions held on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The YENRI Centre. This program offers a meaningful opportunity for young participants to explore heritage, develop life skills, and cultivate a deeper connection with nature and tradition.
